Job Description

Job purpose The Integrated Care Champion focus on meeting and exceeding the customer?s expectation, delivering rapid, right first-time solution without visible handoffs to the customer. The objectives are to provide a customer focused service for customers via any of the available channels; phone, email, chat, social media, etc. within a Contact Centre environment working on shift-basis. Accountabilities
  • Answer all customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and efficient way.
  • Maintain customer services standards by responding to all contacts promptly, always remaining courteous and professional.
  • Provide clear and concise responses to all customer enquiries and complaints and ensures all information is accurate in response to the customer.
  • Follow contact scripts (where applicable) and respond empathetically to customers.
  • Have an excellent understanding of the complaints procedure to ensure the correct escalation is followed, where required.
  • Resolve customer complaints end to end.
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries and complaints to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Refer unresolved queries for further action as necessary by following a pre-defined escalation process.
  • Respond to customer queries through online channels, e.g, social media, emails, in-app chat
  • Promote prevention of fraud by completing internal checks and controls and escalate any breaches accordingly.
  • Contribute to overall achievements of required Service Level by maintaining agreed personal targets.
Professional qualification & experience
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in customer service or contact center environment.
  • Previous experience in online/digital contact handling being webchat
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
