Job Title Consumer Manager - GCC

Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Consumer Manager handling the GCC to join our team in Dubai.
Your main responsibilities will be:
. Direct and manage consumer sales activities to achieve targets by formulating strategies and agreed action plans with the business partners
Ensure pricing policies are applied consistently, drive the key business objectives and targets, monitor and report market trends and competitor activities
Develop business plans for each market covering passenger tires and ensure that corporate business objectives get cascaded down to the business partners
Process warranty claims in a timely manner for each market of responsibility. Teach and coach each channel Partner to address day to day technical issues but be ready to provide technical assistance and know-how for special cases
Be actively involved in assisting other departments (finance / logistics) in execution of objectives and resolution of problems

. Strong tire knowledge with experience in the tire industry
Business-minded with the ability to build organizational capability
Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage
Adaptive and sensitive to different internal/external customer groups
Availability to travel (up to 40%)
Computer literate in Word /Lotus Notes/Powerpoint/Excel
