We are looking for dynamic and energetic CONSUMER & TRADE ACTIVATION / MARKETING ASSOCIATE for position based in Morocco.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a C&TA Associate / Marketing associate Morocco, you will be contributing by developing a Brand strategy by developing and implementing new product launches, creating, and actively anticipating brand activations with the focus on HORECA activities and events. The successful candidate will be supporting the brand strategy by developing, planning and overseeing implementation of consumer activities across all channels and touch points, providing engaging, rewarding, and enriching experience for the consumer. You will be heavily involved in on-site activations, including support and follow up during festival and social events.

You will be following the market trends to propose best in breed solution for the activations and events. Very important aspect of the role will be contribution to annual planning, including portfolio prioritization. based on company objectives.

You will also be securing an effective and efficient budget allocation to the Trade Activities: visibility & Activation & Developed materials and monitoring the budget utilization.

The successful candidate should combine creativity and drive with rigorous planning and discipline.

EDUCATION

University degree or relevant Marketing Degree would be advantageous.

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of experience in a multinational or FMCG company.

SKILLS

Fluent in French, Arabic & English Excellent to very good skills in Excel & PowerPoint Good project management skills Excellent negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking Sense of accountability and proactivity is a must Ability to find solutions and drive results
