& Summary Business Unit Overview This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Government and Public Sector Business Unit and its Transformation Management Consulting team, where you will play a key role in developing and delivering strategy based projects, to clients in the Government and Public Sector in the Middle East. We focus on helping solve client problems by offering both strategic and operational expertise. We pride ourselves on building long-lasting relationships with companies and organizations, always ensuring that we are able to bring the best insights and solutions to help them tackle whatever critical issues they may face. You will be exposed to the PwC proprietary methodologies and tools built from experiences of numerous prior engagements and leading practices, to enable you to efficiently and effectively deliver to our clients in a timely and reliable manner.SummaryA career within People and Organization services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients reset their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through their people. You'll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of human capital, including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations.Responsibilities: As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Proactively lead the practice by setting strategy, drive the development of new business in the market, and provide technical advice across disciplinesBuilding strong networks within the firm to spot and capitalize on opportunities to get involved in projects that others are leading across a number of different business units and sectorsIdentifying and discussing key issues with our clients to identify potential opportunitiesResponsibility for a majority of day-to-day client communicationsResponsibility to shape and deliver various projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteriaManage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the teamResponsibility for management of engagement financialsHelping to grow and develop our team through hands on training and coachingPreferred skills: Bilingual in English and Arabic essential.Previous experience in advising clients within Transportation, Real Estate and Energy sectors.In-depth knowledge of Organisation Design and Change Management.Rewards, or Corporate Performance and Effectiveness.Achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis. Able to lead a high-performing team and add exceptional value to our clients within a fast-paced environment.Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and engagement, and possibly different project teams.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources or Psychology. An MBA or an MA in Human CapitalManagement from a reputable university is preferred.CIPD, GPHR, SHRM or equivalent are preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role.Substantial experience of establishing and building strong client relationships across multiple industries and geographies.Strong interest and passion for developing, growing and leading a team through advanced coaching and mentoring, as well as proactive knowledge sharing.Excellent organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise work load whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.Proven IT skills in the following programmes excel, word, and PowerPoint.The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project requirement dictate.A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in human capital leadership, of which a least 5 years will have been in a consulting environment.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Optional Skills Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel RequirementsUp to 60%Available for Work Visa SponsorshipYesGovernment Clearance RequiredNo
