Experience working in the Middle East market as a senior manager/leader in the Financial Services management consulting industry
Proven track record of delivering large scale transformation programmes in areas such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Digital and Automation, reporting directly to senior client stakeholders and managing large project teams
Proven ability to apply strong understanding of the project lifecycle in process design, system implementation and the development of client deliverables
Strong track record of driving business development within a consulting role, with demonstrated capability of generating sales at Middle East FS clients
Strong client relationships within the FS industry with key stakeholders (e.g. CTOs/CIOs), with the ability to find ways of pre-empting and solving problems
Experience of consulting clients in relation to Target Operating Model Design, Digital Strategy, Big Data & Analytics, Blockchain, Robotics, Cards & Payments
Experience working in one of the Big 4 or management consultancies in the FS line of busines
Play a key role in the development of go-to-market strategy for selling our services and value proposition to clients in the Middel East Financial Services sector
Proactively engage in the business origination and sales process, working closely with the Partner team to identify business development opportunities and generate client sales
Play an active role in recruiting and building the diverse capabilities required within the Middle East business to help achieve commercial targets and deliver high quality outcomes for clients and our business
