Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, digital marketing and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
Support in structuring consulting projects
Conduct data analysis using Visa and external data to understand client needs across the focus markets
Conduct benchmarking and market research as required
Work closely with the engagement team, manager and client representative to deliver the projects
Support in project work stream on a day-to-day basis, including conducting research and data analysis and synthesizing them to develop insights and recommendations
Support Directors / Senior Directors on developing hypotheses, contribute to conclusions and assist other senior team members in presenting back to the client
Support in developing and delivering client training programs and impart best practices knowledge sharing to Visa clients
Support knowledge sharing with consulting teams in other regions to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clients
Support the team in developing and bringing the Visa Consulting & Analytics proposition in the market
Manage the preparation of proposals for new client work
Support the development of Visa Consulting & Analytics thought leadership material
Support business development initiatives by assisting in developing our product offerings, and marketing to external and internal clients
Carrying out other ad hoc support, support other functions and teams within Visa, and work on internal projects
Qualifications
A recognized undergraduate degree qualification
MBA or Post Graduate studies is a plus
Experience/ skills required:
1-3 years of experience in consulting/ financial services/ payments industry
Consulting experience gained within either a strategy house, a Big 4 firm or an in-house strategy function of a financial institution is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comprehensive reporting and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
An ability to collect and utilize business and industry trend information and to analyze this information effectively by applying numerical and strategic analysis techniques
Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to develop client presentations
