The opportunity

This role will be based on our Karachi Centre of Excellence in Pakistan and will remotely support MENA and EMEIA client engagements. Based on business need travel will be a requirement.

Your key responsibilities

As an e-learning content developer consultant or senior consultant, you will be in charge of developing creative and engaging custom eLearning content to serve EY\xe2\x80\x99s clientele. You will have the ability to produce high-quality eLearning solutions that are interactive and visually aesthetic, in a fast-paced collaborative team environment. You will have knowledge of Instructional Design (ID) as well as be aware of industry best practices for digital learning. You will also be supporting the team with designing high quality training materials and training proposals.

You will be a firm believer in action and display commitment towards making our internal and external customers successful. Through guidance from the Head of Academy, you will do this by collaborating with Subject-Matter Resources (SMRs), trainers and other content delivery teams. You will write scripts wherever necessary, create custom graphics, and animate content to enhance the learning experience.

Moreover, your responsibilities will also include collaborating directly with business line SMRs to develop high quality digital training materials by gathering requirements related to the learning objectives, content, schedule, and scalability requirements for projects. You will draft storyboards, scripts, and prototypes of training content and proactively steer drafts through proper reviews, updates, and approvals. When necessary, create customized versions of related content for different target audiences. You will also convert existing documentation and training materials into engaging and effective online courses in SCORM or AICC formats. Furthermore, as a consultant / senior consultant you will be involved in developing a continuous improvement process for training content including an evaluation method and updates to content as needed and create new online eLearning & learning assets including courses, standalone interactions, audio and video programs, facilitator guides, and learner guides. Plus, you will also work with business partners and SMRs to identify learning opportunities and draft proposals as required and support engagements through interactions with clients related to digital training and delivery.

To qualify for the role you must have

High English language proficiency \xe2\x80\x93 Speaking, reading and writing, as this role is customer-centric. Greek language desirable but not required. * Strong artistic and visually appealing design skills

• Advanced knowledge of Instructional design (ID)
• Strong expertise in content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud and Captivate, Camtasia and Ispring.
• Expertise in off-the-shelf Learning Management Systems (LMS) and process of integrating SCORM/AICC courses into the LMS.
• A minimum of 3 plus years of related work experience with a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or above) from any stream

Ideally you will also have

Experience in other domains of managing training engagements or L&D * Prior experience working in international markets

• Prior experience working in client-facing consulting environment
