Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and examinations to diagnose urological conditions
• Carry out advanced surgical procedures such as cystoscopy, prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and minimally invasive urologic surgeries
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with urinary tract and reproductive system disorders
• Interpret imaging, lab tests, and biopsy results for accurate diagnosis and treatment
• Offer patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle guidance
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated and high-quality care
• Supervise junior medical staff, including residents and interns
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records
• Engage in research activities and remain updated on innovations in urology and surgical techniques

Job Requirements
Education

• Medical degree from a recognized university
• Board certification in Urology

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience as a Consultant Urologist
• Strong experience in performing both open and laparoscopic urological surgeries

Skills

• Advanced clinical and surgical skills in urological care
• Excellent diagnostic and decision-making capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership experience in clinical settings
