About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Consultant Urologist with a subspecialty focus in Andrology to join a reputable healthcare group in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of urological and reproductive health conditions, while providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage urological conditions, with expertise in infertility, erectile dysfunction, and sexual health.
- Perform minimally invasive and open urological/andrological surgeries.
- Provide outpatient consultations and follow-up care for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including endocrinologists, radiologists, and fertility specialists.
- Interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests related to urology and andrology.
- Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care.
- Contribute to academic teaching, clinical audits, and research activities.
- Medical degree (MD/MBBS) with specialist training in Urology.
- Fellowship or advanced training in Andrology (preferred).
- Board Certification (FRCS/FRCS Urol/EBU/ABU or equivalent).
- Minimum 5-7 years of post-specialization experience.
- DHA eligibility or licensure as Consultant Urologist.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
