Key Responsibilities

• Perform emergency and elective surgical procedures for patients with traumatic injuries
• Manage and treat patients admitted to the trauma ward
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and patient history
• Monitor patient progress and modify management plans as needed
• Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, conditions, and post-operative care requirements
• Stay updated on advancements in trauma surgery and participate in ongoing education programs
• Follow established guidelines and clinical protocols to ensure safe and effective patient care

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in General Surgery
• Sub-specialization in Trauma Surgery required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trauma surgery
• Proficient in advanced surgical techniques and equipment
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and emergency management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced trauma environments
• Western-trained with experience in leading healthcare institutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
