We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable
Consultant
with 2-4 years of experience in financial services, ideally within structured products or derivatives support. The role involves assisting the front office in post-trade operations, marketing material preparation, and day-to-day team coordination.Key Responsibilities:
Trade Support:
Review trade documentation, share trade recaps/confirmations, and maintain internal trade databases.Pitchbook Support:
Prepare and update marketing materials and structured product presentations.Operational Support:
Assist with trade-related queries and ensure compliance with internal processes.Team Assistance:
Support with scheduling, reporting, and client meeting preparations.Requirements:
2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a support/ops role related to structured products or derivatives Strong skills in
MS Excel
andPowerPoint
Basic understanding ofderivatives and structured products
High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently * CFA Level 1 is a plus, but not mandatory
