Job Summary:
Trane in Middle East is hiring for a Consultant Sales Engineer in Equipment to join our team based in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships with consultants, developers and owners and uphold the image and reputation of Trane as the supplier of choice.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for consulting sales for Dubai & Northern emirates region
Develop strong relationships with consultants, developers and owners and uphold the image and reputation of Trane as the supplier of choice.
Build a consultant\xe2\x80\x99s map and annual coverage plan
Contribute to increase market share by enhancing inquiry base (consultants), by increasing spec-in numbers and define spec-in plan.
Responsible for the promotion of HVAC products towards consultants/customers by creating promotional tools (seminars, printed/e-data material)
Provide high level product and application support (design support etc.) to the potential customers, consultants and decision makers in the commercial, residential and industrial market segments.
Discuss with consultants and key accounts their projects\xe2\x80\x99 specs.
Work closely with Project Sales team to ensure order conclusion.
Further develop and establish the Trane brand and strategically plan your approach to further develop Consultants network and win market share.
Consult with line manager on defining strategy and implementation of strategy for Consulting Sales
Analysis of the business performance data to drive better performance in the assigned market.
Competitor and client research.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HVAC sector
At least 3 years of experience in consulting sales is a must.
Extensive technical knowledge in Applied and HVAC systems.
Strong understanding and work exposure in engineering and construction industry within UAE
Experience of working in international and multicultural environment is preferable.
Strong network of business contacts (consultants/developers/owners) is a mandatory requirement.
Work experience in UAE is mandatory.
