Key Responsibilities

• Interpret PET-CT and hybrid imaging studies including SPECT-CT and diagnostic CT across oncology, neurology, and cardiology cases
• Support multidisciplinary diagnosis, staging, and treatment planning with oncology, neurology, and surgical teams
• Guide and supervise nuclear medicine technologists and junior radiologists
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and SCFHS regulatory standards
• Participate in tumor boards, audits, and quality improvement activities
• Contribute to clinical teaching, research, and continuing medical education initiatives
• Maintain accurate reporting workflows using PACS and RIS systems

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree with completed Radiology residency
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in PET-CT or Nuclear Medicine Imaging
• Board certification such as American Board, UK CCT, Canadian FRCP, or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years post-fellowship PET-CT experience
• Meets Consultant classification requirements under SCFHS
• Strong command of English; Arabic considered an advantage
• Experience with advanced imaging platforms and radiopharmaceutical protocols
