Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and mental health strategies
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and documentation
• Participate in clinical case discussions and continuous medical education
• Stay informed on latest psychiatric research and treatment methodologies

Job Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry
• Valid license to practice as a Consultant Psychiatrist in UAE or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum 3 years of consultant-level psychiatric experience
• Proficient in electronic health records and modern diagnostic tools
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to function independently and within multidisciplinary teams
