Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
• Design and oversee personalized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses and clinical needs
• Provide therapy and medication management for conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and schizophrenia
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, therapists, and social workers
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and strategies for long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with privacy and clinical standards
• Mentor and supervise junior psychiatric staff and residents
• Participate in ongoing research and professional development to stay current in psychiatric practices

Job Requirements
Education:

• Master\'s degree or Doctorate in Psychiatry from a recognized institution
• Valid medical license and board certification in Psychiatry

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing psychiatrist, preferably in a consulting or hospital setting

Skills:

• Deep understanding of psychiatric disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches
• Exceptional communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
• Cultural sensitivity and a patient-centered care approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and mental health tools
