Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations for adult patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions
• Provide medication management and monitor treatment effectiveness and patient progress
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using EMR systems
• Participate in case conferences, peer reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with DHA regulations and clinical governance protocols

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry
• Consultant-level certification such as UK CCT, Arab Board, or equivalent
• Fluency in Arabic, written and spoken
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in adult psychiatry
• DHA eligibility or willingness to obtain licensure in Dubai
• Strong ability to work in multicultural environments with cultural sensitivity
• Excellent diagnostic, therapeutic, and interpersonal skills
