Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for adult patients presenting with complex mental health conditions
• Design and oversee comprehensive treatment strategies combining medication management and psychotherapy approaches
• Monitor therapeutic outcomes, adjust pharmacological plans, and ensure patient safety
• Coordinate care with psychologists, counselors, social workers, and primary care teams for integrated treatment delivery
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation using electronic medical systems
• Contribute to multidisciplinary case reviews and quality assurance programs
• Provide mental health education and counseling to patients and families to enhance treatment adherence
• Ensure compliance with DHA licensing standards and ethical clinical governance practices

Ideal Profile

• Medical Degree with recognized specialization in Psychiatry
• Consultant-level accreditation such as UK CCT, Arab Board, or internationally recognized equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in adult psychiatric practice
• Fluency in Arabic and English for effective patient communication
• DHA eligibility or readiness to obtain Dubai licensure
• Demonstrated experience working within multicultural and Middle Eastern community settings
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills
