Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations for pediatric musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address orthopedic disorders and injuries.
• Perform specialized surgical procedures, including fracture repair, corrective surgeries, and casting.
• Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans based on progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on preventative care, rehabilitation, and post-operative instructions.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, therapists, and other specialists to ensure integrated care.
• Stay current with advancements in pediatric orthopedics and apply best practices in clinical settings.
• Participate in case reviews, educational events, and departmental meetings.
• Adhere to all DHA regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and hospital policies.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution with completed residency in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Board-certified in Pediatric Orthopedics (or equivalent international qualification).
• At least 5 years of clinical and surgical experience in pediatric orthopedic practice.
• Strong diagnostic and surgical expertise with proficiency in advanced orthopedic procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and medical colleagues.
• Ability to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred but not mandatory.
