Position: Consultant Pediatric Neurodevelopmental, Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Consultant Pediatric Neurodevelopmental in Abu Dhabi. Allocation Assist Middle East is a leading healthcare consultancy company that provides healthcare professionals to hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Middle East. As a Consultant Pediatric Neurodevelopmental, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and treatment to children with neurodevelopmental disorders, in accordance with the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnosis of patients with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide ongoing medical care and management to patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for the best possible patient outcomes
- Educate and support parents and caregivers on managing and understanding their child's condition
- Stay updated with the latest developments and research in the field of pediatric neurodevelopmental disorders
- Conduct research and participate in professional development activities
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for patients
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Pediatrics and subspecialty certification in Pediatric Neurodevelopmental by recognized boards
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating children with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and treatment options
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
