? Role Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Consultant Pediatric Nephrologist to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and managing complex kidney disorders in children, with a strong commitment to multidisciplinary care and clinical excellence.
? Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage pediatric renal conditions, including: * Congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract (CAKUT)

• Nephrotic and nephritic syndromes
• Acute and chronic kidney disease
• Hypertension, electrolyte imbalances, and tubular disorders
• Oversee dialysis programs (peritoneal and hemodialysis) for pediatric patients
• Collaborate with pediatric urologists, endocrinologists, and intensivists for integrated care
• Guide renal transplant evaluations and post-transplant management
• Interpret renal imaging, biopsy results, and advanced lab diagnostics
• Educate families on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and long-term care plans
• Participate in clinical audits, research, and CME activities

? Qualifications & Experience

• Certification: Board-certified in Pediatric Nephrology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)
• Licensure: DHA license or eligibility required
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary or academic hospital setting
• Proven expertise in managing complex renal cases and dialysis in children
• Strong communication and a family-centered care approach
• Commitment to continuous learning and clinical innovation
