Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced PICU procedures including mechanical ventilation, ECMO, and invasive hemodynamic monitoring
• Collaborate with pediatricians, surgeons, nurses, and allied healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans
• Develop individualized management pathways and monitor patient progress
• Mentor junior physicians and contribute to continuous clinical training programs
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to international PICU standards
• Participate in clinical research and maintain knowledge of the latest pediatric critical care advancements

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Board certified in Pediatric Intensive Care or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
• Western training from the USA, UK, Canada, or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years post-board experience in a consultant-level PICU role
• Proven expertise in advanced pediatric critical care techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and family-centered care philosophy
• Eligible for DHA Consultant licensure
