Key Responsibilities: -Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, and related structures in pediatric patients. -Perform surgeries and procedures such as adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, and myringotomy on pediatric patients. -Collaborate with other medical specialists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans. -Explain diagnoses and treatments to patients and their families in a clear and understandable manner. -Keep accurate and detailed patient records and maintain confidentiality at all times. -Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of Pediatric ENT and incorporate them into your practice. -Participate in research and educational activities to advance the field and share your knowledge with colleagues. Requirements: -Valid medical degree and relevant post-graduate qualifications in ENT. -Proven experience working with pediatric patients, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -An empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families. -Strong leadership and decision-making skills. - The candidate must have received Western training or education.
