Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution with residency in Pediatrics.
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric critical care.
• Board certification or equivalent in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care.
• Western-trained or educated candidates are strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
