Job Description

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations, utilizing advanced medical technology and procedures tailored to children.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, social workers, and therapists, to create comprehensive care plans for patients.
  • Lead and supervise junior medical staff, offering mentorship and guidance to enhance their clinical skills and professional development.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care requirements.
  • Stay current with advancements in pediatric medicine through continuous professional development and participation in clinical research.
  • Manage and oversee inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in pediatric care.

Desired Candidate Profile
