Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and diagnose a wide range of ear, nose, and throat disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history, examination findings, and diagnostic investigations
• Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, sinus surgery, and other ENT interventions in line with international standards
• Utilize advanced medical technologies and surgical equipment to optimize patient outcomes
• Collaborate with radiologists, pathologists, anesthetists, and allied health professionals for integrated patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive ENT care
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and interns within the department
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and continuing medical education activities
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with DHA regulations and ethical standards
• Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols at all times

Ideal Profile

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certification in Otolaryngology
• Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience in ENT practice
• Western education or specialist training required
• Fluency in Arabic preferred with strong English communication skills
• Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of medical laws, governance, and ethical standards
