Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical advice and post-operative care guidance to patients and families.
  • Follow established best practices and protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare specialists to deliver integrated care.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in trauma surgery and implement innovative surgical techniques.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise residents, interns, and junior medical staff.
  • Participate in departmental leadership, meetings, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient care documentation in compliance with hospital and UAE regulations.
Ideal Profile
  • CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery from the UK.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-CCT consultant-level experience in orthopedic trauma surgery.
  • Extensive expertise in managing complex trauma cases, including post-traumatic complications.
  • Strong leadership, teaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
