We are currently assisting a New group with their search for Oncologist. Come join Oncology consultants and additional Specialists in this group. This position is at 3 hospital doing Oncology with many speciality focus. An academic opportunity is available where you would supervise residents but no writing/publishing is required. They welcome board certified and board eligible Oncologist. This employed opportunity has a competitive base salary with bonuses available. - Evaluate patients\' medical history, symptoms, and perform comprehensive physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as biopsies, blood work, and imaging studies
- Diagnose and stage cancer based on test results and provide accurate prognosis
- Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies
- Administer treatments and monitor patient response and progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons and radiation oncologists, to provide comprehensive cancer care
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements and research in the field of oncology through continuous learning and professional development
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Oncologist Specialist/Consultant
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various types of cancer
- Strong knowledge of oncology principles, practices, and treatment modalities
- Expertise in interpreting diagnostic tests, such as biopsies and imaging studies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex oncology issues
- Board certification or eligibility in Oncology
- Experience in conducting and participating in clinical trials
- Strong commitment to patient care, compassion, and empathy
- Excellent record keeping and documentation skills
- Ability to stay calm and perform well under pressure
