Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Consultant Obstetrician Gynecologist to expand our dedicated team. In this vital position, you will provide expert obstetric and gynecological care to women, focusing on preventive health, high-risk pregnancies, and reproductive healthcare. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the well-being of our patients throughout their life stages.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including monitoring and managing pregnancies, prenatal visits, and labor and delivery.
Perform gynecological surgeries and procedures, including laparoscopy and hysterectomy, while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Diagnose and treat a wide array of gynecological conditions, offering both medical and surgical treatment options.
Conduct regular gynecological examinations and cancer screenings to promote early detection and preventive care.
Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health, contraception, and family planning options.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and ensure a high standard of care.
Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with the latest advances in obstetrics and gynecology.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
MD or DO degree from a recognized medical school.
Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Current medical license to practice in the region.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology, ideally in a consultant role.
Demonstrated expertise in managing both routine and complex obstetric cases.
Strong procedural skills in gynecology with a focus on patient-centered care.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.
A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new medical practices.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
