Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnoses and treatments for a wide range of women\'s health issues, including pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive health.
- Conduct regular check-ups and screenings to monitor the health of pregnant women and their babies.
- Perform surgeries, including cesarean sections and other gynecological procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as midwives, nurses, and pharmacists, to ensure the best possible care for patients.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
- Provide guidance and support to trainee doctors and other medical staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient consultations, treatments, and progress.
Requirements:
- Medical degree and specialization in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing obstetrician gynecologist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick and effective decisions.
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current techniques, procedures, and equipment in the field.
- Valid license to practice medicine and obstetrics in the state.
