Position Overview
Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly qualified Consultant in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) to join a leading hospital in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide specialized care for critically ill newborns and premature infants, ensuring the highest standards of neonatal care and clinical excellence within the NICU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, obstetricians, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing guidance and support on infant care and recovery.
  • Ensure accurate medical documentation and participate in audits and quality improvement programs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging neonatal practices and integrate evidence-based care into clinical routines.
Ideal Profile
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Specialist qualification in Neonatology or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience in a consultant NICU role.
  • Valid license or eligibility to practice in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
