Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Specialist training in Neonatology or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Consultant NICU
• Licensed or eligible for licensing in Saudi Arabia
• Strong communication and family-support skills
