We are seeking an experienced consultant neurologist to join our client's hospital in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a fluent Arabic speaker with a strong background in neurology and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert neurologic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and establish treatment plans
- Perform comprehensive patient care, including history taking, physical examination, and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options
- Stay up-to-date with advancements and changes in the field of neurology
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Maintain professional standards and adhere to ethical and legal obligations
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited university
- Board certification in Neurology
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Neurologist
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Must be Western-trained and willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia
