Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Neonatologist
• Licensed or eligible for licensing in Saudi Arabia
• Western training or education required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in varied clinical environments
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
