Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in management reporting, group consolidation, and financial analysis, with exposure to working in multinational or group structures. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver accurate and timely reports that support strategic decision-making.

Job Profile:

Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with analysis of key financial and operational metrics.

Manage the group reporting process, including consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities/subsidiaries.

Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards and internal reporting policies.

Support preparation of board presentations, investor reports, and management dashboards.

Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year, highlighting key drivers of performance.

Collaborate with business units to gather and validate financial and operational data.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and group finance teams as required.

Continuously improve reporting processes, systems, and automation for efficiency and accuracy.

Support ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives/

Qualifications and Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

qualification is mandatory.

3-5 years of relevant experience in

management reporting and group reporting

.

Strong knowledge of

IFRS / consolidation principles

.

Prior experience in a

multinational/group environment

preferred.

Advanced proficiency in

MS Excel, PowerPoint

; working knowledge of ERP/financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.) is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
