Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical evaluations
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams to provide integrated, high-quality care
• Stay updated with advancements in urology and adopt new surgical techniques and technologies
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure timely updates to patient records
• Mentor and support junior medical staff and residents
• Uphold professional ethics and regulatory compliance in all clinical duties

Ideal Profile

• UK CCT qualification in Urology
• Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience in laparoscopic urology
• Strong background in minimally invasive urological surgeries
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality patient care and maintain strong patient satisfaction
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment
• Proficient with modern medical technology and digital systems
• Valid medical license in country of origin and eligibility for licensing in Dubai
