Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced laparoscopic urological procedures with precision and adherence to international standards.
• Diagnose and manage a range of urological conditions such as kidney stones, prostate disorders, urinary tract infections, and related diseases.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress post-surgery, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, oncologists, and multidisciplinary medical teams for comprehensive care.
• Mentor and train junior doctors, surgeons, and clinical staff in laparoscopic techniques.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with medical regulations.
• Keep abreast of new developments, surgical innovations, and emerging technologies in urology.
• Adhere to ethical, clinical, and professional standards as defined by healthcare authorities in Dubai.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree with a UK CCT qualification in Urology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Laparoscopic Urologist.
• Proven expertise in laparoscopic urological surgeries and minimally invasive procedures.
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with medical technologies, imaging systems, and surgical software.
• Valid medical license from the country of origin and eligibility to obtain a DHA license in Dubai.
