Key Responsibilities

• Participate in transplant committee meetings and contribute to case allocation and patient follow-up strategies

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Board certification in transplant surgery or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a kidney transplant surgeon
• Strong understanding of organ allocation procedures and transplant ethics
• Effective communication skills and strong multidisciplinary teamwork capability
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage
