Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments including medical history, imaging, hormone profiling, and genetic testing
• Develop personalized treatment plans for ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, ICSI, and donor fertility programs
• Perform and supervise oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopy
• Counsel patients and couples on prognosis, risks, treatment options, and advanced techniques such as PGT-A or PGT-M
• Collaborate with embryologists, andrology lab teams, and nursing staff to optimize lab protocols and clinical workflows
• Ensure strict compliance with ethical, regulatory, and quality standards in all ART procedures
• Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and fertility research initiatives

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine or IVF
• Board certified such as UK CCT, American Board, RCPSC, or Facharzt
• Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in IVF and ART
• Eligible for DOH Consultant licensing
• Proven track record of successful IVF outcomes and strong patient satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and cultural awareness
