Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full fertility assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify suitable treatment pathways
• Develop individualized treatment plans including IVF, ICSI, IUI, and fertility preservation protocols
• Perform IVF procedures such as egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and cryopreservation
• Collaborate closely with embryologists, endocrinologists, and nursing teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, success rates, and associated risks
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and monitor treatment progression
• Stay updated on advances in reproductive medicine and contribute to research and CME initiatives
• Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and clinical best practices

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology, Infertility, or Obstetrics and Gynecology with IVF specialization
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IVF and fertility treatments
• Strong proficiency in ART techniques and reproductive protocols
• Eligible for SCFHS licensing
• Western training preferred including US, UK, Canada, or Europe
• Excellent communication, diagnostic skills, and patient-centered approach
