Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant in Diabetic Foot Surgery to join a leading hospital in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will specialize in advanced surgical and clinical management of diabetic foot conditions, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver world-class patient care and optimize outcomes for diabetic patients at risk of limb complications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of diabetic foot patients, including vascular and neurological assessments.
• Perform advanced surgical procedures such as debridement, offloading, reconstruction, and infection control.
• Manage pre- and post-operative care plans, ensuring optimal wound healing and infection prevention.
• Collaborate with endocrinologists, vascular surgeons, podiatrists, and rehabilitation specialists.
• Educate patients on preventive foot care and risk reduction strategies.
• Contribute to diabetic foot research, clinical audits, and training initiatives.
• Uphold hospital standards, patient safety protocols, and ethical clinical practices.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in diabetic foot surgery or relevant surgical specialty.
• Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience in diabetic foot or reconstructive surgery.
• Proven experience in hospital-based settings, preferably within the GCC region.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and patient management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
