We are seeking a highly qualified Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine with expertise in liver and kidney transplantation to join our distinguished medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be UK CCT certified and possess extensive experience in managing critically ill transplant patients, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in the management of liver and kidney transplant patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, anesthetists, and nephrologists, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance on preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative intensive care management.
• Ensure compliance with international best practices and regulatory requirements in ICU operations.
• Contribute to medical research and continuous professional development within the organization.
• Participate in training and mentorship programs for junior doctors and medical staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• UK CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in Intensive Care Medicine (mandatory).
• Proven experience in liver and/or kidney transplantation ICU care.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both with patients and healthcare professionals.
