We have immediate vacancy for the position title " Consultant-Home Health Care" for a highly Reputed & Internationally acclaimed SAUDI ARABIAN GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL In RIYADH, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

EDUCATION : Board-certified or fellowship in (INTERNAL MEDICINE or PALLIATIVE MEDICINE or FAMILY MEDICINE).

WORK EXPERIENCE :- At least 2 years of experience at a CONSULTANT level.

JOB DESCRIPTION: - - Ability to manage and deal with home care patients and home-bound patients, patients with chronic medical conditions, elderly patients with functional decline - Clinical skills in procedures related to home care patients e.g. feeding tube management (NGT, PEG..), Foley's cath. and certified with Advanced Cardiac life support (ACLS), Basic life support (BLS) courses - Ability to connect and collaborate with families and the community. - Carries out full range of inpatient and outpatient clinical duties as assigned by the chairman of the department in accordance with individually approved clinical privileges to facilitate patient discharge from hospital to home care. - Examines the individuals requesting care, diagnoses condition, prescribes and carries out appropriate treatment. - Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams by cooperating, collaborating, communicating and integrating care in teams to ensure that care is continuous and stable.
