Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant General Surgeon specializing in Breast Surgery to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert surgical care for breast-related conditions, including cancer treatment, reconstructive procedures, and minimally invasive techniques. Arabic fluency is essential for patient communication and cultural alignment.



Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat breast-related conditions, including benign and malignant tumors Perform advanced surgical procedures such as mastectomy, lumpectomy, and breast reconstruction Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring optimal patient recovery Utilize minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical techniques where applicable Educate patients on treatment options, recovery expectations, and preventive care Stay updated on the latest advancements in breast surgery and oncology. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications & Experience

Medical degree from an accredited institution Board certification in General Surgery with specialization in Breast Surgery Minimum 5-10 years of experience in breast surgery Expertise in both oncologic and reconstructive breast procedures Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) Western medical training preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
