Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat breast-related conditions including benign and malignant tumors
• Perform surgical procedures such as mastectomy, lumpectomy, and breast reconstruction
• Work closely with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Deliver thorough pre-operative and post-operative care to optimize patient recovery
• Utilize minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical techniques where applicable
• Counsel patients on treatment options, expectations, and preventive breast health
• Maintain current knowledge of breast oncology and surgical advancements
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in General Surgery with subspecialization in Breast Surgery
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in breast surgery across oncologic and reconstructive procedures
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Western medical training preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered care approach
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, culturally diverse environment
