Position Overview
Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant General Surgeon specializing in Breast Surgery to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage benign and malignant breast conditions with precision and empathy
• Perform surgical procedures including lumpectomy, mastectomy, and reconstructive breast surgeries
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and plastic surgeons to create comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide preoperative assessment and postoperative management ensuring optimal outcomes
• Apply advanced minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical techniques when appropriate
• Counsel patients on treatment options, preventive care, and recovery expectations
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews, audits, and clinical governance initiatives
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with DOH standards

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in General Surgery with subspecialty training in Breast Surgery
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in breast and oncologic surgery
• Proficiency in reconstructive and minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Fluency in Arabic and English for effective patient communication
• Western medical training preferred (UK, US, Canada, or Europe)
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
