Position Overview
Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly skilled Consultant General Surgeon specializing in Breast Surgery to join a premier healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide expert care for patients with breast-related conditions, performing advanced oncologic and reconstructive procedures using the latest minimally invasive and robotic-assisted techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage breast-related conditions including benign and malignant tumors
• Perform surgical procedures such as mastectomy, lumpectomy, and breast reconstruction
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to design integrated treatment plans
• Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care to ensure optimal recovery and outcomes
• Utilize advanced techniques including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery
• Provide patient counseling on surgical options, recovery expectations, and preventive health measures
• Stay current with evolving practices in breast oncology and reconstructive surgery
• Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation in line with healthcare regulations

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in General Surgery with specialization in Breast Surgery
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in breast surgery
• Demonstrated expertise in both oncologic and reconstructive surgical techniques
• Western medical training (UK, US, Canada, or Europe) required
• Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
