Allocation Assist Middle East is recruiting a highly qualified Consultant Gastroenterologist for a prestigious healthcare facility in Qassim, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on diagnosing and managing complex gastrointestinal disorders, performing advanced endoscopic procedures, and contributing to clinical education, research, and leadership within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage gastrointestinal conditions including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disorders, GERD, and functional bowel syndromes.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and ERCP.
• Provide expert consultations for inpatients and outpatients while ensuring continuity of care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and clinical discussions.
• Supervise junior doctors, fellows, and residents, contributing to medical education programs.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation in accordance with SCFHS and hospital standards.
• Participate in on-call duties and emergency GI response.
• Support clinical research and continuous improvement projects.

Ideal Profile

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification in Gastroenterology (Saudi Board, Arab Board, American/Canadian Board, or European equivalent).
• Valid Consultant classification with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Minimum 3-5 years of post-specialization experience in gastroenterology.
• Expertise in endoscopic and interventional GI techniques.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
