Subject > Consultant for Data Transformation Consulting Company
Role > The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data transformation strategies for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives, and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle
Key Responsibilities > Support the development and implementation of data transformation strategies for client projects; Collaborate with clients, senior consultants, and stakeholders to align data transformation initiatives with client business objectives; Provide technical expertise in the implementation of data transformation solutions across multiple client projects; Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with the delivered solutions; Contribute to shaping proposals and positioning the company to win data transformation consulting projects; Provide support to address technical challenges or issues during project implementation, Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Required Technical Capabilities > Data Management Expertise (knowledge of data management principles and practices, including data modeling, data quality, data integration, and data governance), Technical Proficiency (Proficiency in a variety of data transformation tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Talend, or Informatica); Cloud Computing (Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and understanding of cloud-based data transformation services); Big Data Technologies (Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and experience in handling and analyzing large data sets). Advanced Analytical Skills (Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop data-driven insights and recommendations)
Qualifications > Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data transformation or related field. Proven track record of contributing to successful data transformation projects. Excellent client engagement and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
