Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Family Medicine is required. Active medical licensure in the state of practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on patient engagement. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.
