Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced

Family Medicine Physician

to join our team in

Dubai Healthcare City

. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, managing acute, chronic, and preventive health conditions within a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver full-spectrum

primary care services

for individuals and families (pediatric to geriatric). Diagnose and treat

acute and chronic illnesses

including hypertension, diabetes, infections, asthma, etc. Conduct

routine check-ups

, health screenings, and immunizations. Provide

preventive care

and

patient education

on diet, exercise, and lifestyle modification. Manage

women's health

, minor procedures, and basic mental health concerns. Collaborate with specialists within DHCC for referrals and coordinated patient care. Maintain

detailed and accurate medical records

using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Comply with

Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA)

clinical and licensing regulations. Participate in

quality improvement

, medical audits, and

CME activities

.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution. Postgraduate training/residency in

Family Medicine

(e.g., CCFP, MRCGP, American Board, Arab Board, or equivalent).

Valid DHCC license

or

eligibility to obtain one

. Minimum

3-5 years

post-qualification experience in Family Medicine. Proficiency in

English

;

Arabic

or other languages are a plus. Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a culturally diverse, patient-centered environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working within

private practice or outpatient clinical settings

. Familiarity with UAE healthcare policies and patient insurance systems. Multidisciplinary collaboration and team-based care approach. Skills in minor procedures (e.g., wound care, joint injections, IUD insertion/removal).
